What a place - byzantine fortress on the high rock above the sea! Amazing! Fascinating place, fascinating history. I would like to go there one day, to see this castle not only on the photos.

Fantastic place and I wish I was there! Your photos are the next best thing to being there, Costas! And, I too, wish the walls could speak! Thank you so much, as always, for taking us along via your camera! Hope you've had a great day and a lovely evening!

It's hard to image that each and every stone in that place was lain by hand. What an amazing and beautiful place. thanks!
